iheartfaces: "We are Family" challenge

Apparently, the girls thought Dad would enjoy a nice sandy body-wrap... Such a nurturing family.

This priceless moment was captured at Marvin Key during our Florida Keys vacation.  The water depth here is just thigh-high, at best - notice he's sitting on a beach chair.  Great place to splash or walk around, explore, and just plain chill-out ... or of course, get your spa treatments!

Once again, our lovely Jenna makes an appearance ... Perhaps not in a best photo (my fault),  but surely with a best face (her credit).  Here she's wrapped in her big furry hood ... preparing to venture out into the dark, cold January night.

A Big First Birthday!

Hard to believe it's been only one year for I ♥ Faces ... These ladies have built quite a following in such a short time - their challenges often draw more than 500 entries!  In addition to that amazing community, they've published great photography tips & tutorials, and have posted links to some terrific freebies & other resources. 

In celebration of this momentous occasion, the challenge this week requires that the I ♥ Faces logo be included in the image.  So here we go ....

Seems somebody needs reminding:  "No Crying in the Harbor!"
Either:

• She means it.  I Heart Faces.  Really.  Brings tears to my eyes.
• She's - so sadly - packed (witness the suitcase) and ready to go; but just wants to show off her special Lite Brite creation before leaving.  Of course you love it too.

Take a look around... It was a beautiful balmy 40 degree day (that's F, not C), both in and out of the water.  No wind, perfect.  Great day for a bathing suit - or a fur!
